Ode to a Peregrino

This is my dad.

Ever since he decided to accompany me on The Camino, he has been ALL IN.

If there is a podcast on Walking the Way, he’s listened to it.

If there is an article on The Way of Saint James, he’s read it.

If there is a product we need for the trip, he has it.

He’s worked muscles he didn’t know he had with his trainer.

He’s walked countless training miles (WAY more than me) with his pack.

All in the name of supporting his daughter and granddaughter.

He is devoted to his family.

He is generous and selfless. 

He is my dad, and I wish him a Buen Camino!
